Dear Youths,
The interim office has invited all of you to attend youths’ conference scheduled to place on June 30th to July 2nd 2006 at Atlanta in Georgia. You are all expected to arrive on June 30th, and the actual meeting will start on Saturday, July 1st and ended on Sunday, July 2nd, 2006 at noon. By that time, the hosting committee team will be ready to take people to the airport according to their flight schedules. Please, be advised to purchase your ticket before time in order to get a discount (Very important) on it.

However, the event will focus on the following:

First Day: Saturday, July 1st, 2006
• Financial report.
• We will evaluate Nyamlel high school project progress.
• We will have five volunteers delegation to go to Nyamlel for assessment, if everything goes well.
• Election for the new leadership will be held immediately after evaluation.

2. Second Day: Sunday, July 2nd , 2006

• Handing over will take chance by this time.
• Other Business

In addition, we anticipated your contribution of one hundred dollars per a head to be sent in to our treasurer before the said date. Our secretary of finance is going to file financial report and yours has to be included. If you already sent in yours, encourage your state residents to do so.
The money is for Nyamlel high school project that was proposed in 2004 at the Aweil youths’ meeting.
