Jan 17, 2006 (JUBA) — The President of Southern Sudan government Lt Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit appointed 18 Under-Secretaries for the Ministries and Institutions of the Government of Southern Sudan.
Salva Kiir (AP)The nomination decree was issued on January 12, 2006.
