I think this guy is look likely to be former Ayat chairman on the contrary it seems to me that this photo was taken during Ayat general meeting in NE.KA in USA July, 2005 while Lino was in Nairobi and now in South Sudan. Dave
You right, the guy William K saw his photo on our web album is our former Ayat Student Union chairman, Lino Luach Luach who left for south sudan last year as you put it.

thank guys I didn't know that lino is still in Sudan I thought he came to USA with you guys.
